Meet Your Macinstructors

Nicole Close anchors KOB-TV Eyewitness News in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She joined KOB-TV in 2004 after working at KRCR-TV in Redding, California as a weekend anchor, producer, and one-man-band reporter, which means she did her own photography and editing too. Nicole graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit theatre company Once Upon a Theatre, which performs at Albuquerque area schools. In her spare time, Nicole takes long drives around New Mexico, explores new places, and eats at lots of restaurants.

Kevin Rupp is a jolly young lad, straight from the heart of Los Alamos. As a genetically engineered Mac expert (a "test tube" baby, if you will), Kevin is an authority on all things Apple. His Powerbook quenches his thirst for digital media, cartoon and graphic design, and surfing the web. When he's not taking media arts classes at the University of New Mexico, working at the KNME studio, or playing guitar for his band, he's out listening to his iPod and snowboarding the slopes of Colorado and northern New Mexico.
